Watch your thoughts as often as you can. Lovingly and firmly replace negative thoughts with positive ones. For stress and anxiety reduction, repeat the word PEACE silently to yourself all the time 24 hours per day - while sleeping, eating, talking, etc. Do not be harsh on yourself if you forget, just gently start repeating PEACE silently inside again. Tension is the result of conflicts or "wars" inside. Sit comfortably and close your eyes for 10 minutes twice per day, and ask yourself "in what way am I creating war?" Then create a vision of what it is you wish to happen in your life and in the world and IMAGINE that this has already happened. Now relax into the enjoyment of this happiness and peace. The more peaceful you feel, the faster your energy will increase and the easier it will be to accomplish your goals. Become very familiar and intimate with the feeling of peace - melt and dissolve into it - know it with all of your senses. Imagine the scent of peace, taste it, touch it, see its colors and shapes, hear its sounds, while repeating PEACE inwardly .. This will strengthen with time. From numerous years of in depth study and experience, my understanding Is that if the majority of the population had the same thought at the same time, that thought will become a reality. This phenomenon may prove to be the most powerful means for the survival of our species. There is a point at which if only one more person tunes in to a new awareness. A "critical mass" is reached and that awareness makes a quantum leap and reaches everyone. YOU MAY BE THAT ONE MORE PERSON! Let us concentrate on the thought PEACE for the next 8 weeks and watch for changes in our lives and in world events.
