Ron Paul 2008Ron Paul on important issues Smartest words out of a Republicans mouth in YEARS!
I enjoy Hiking, Camping, Canoing, Fishing, Savoring a nice Marlboro Red after a great meal prepared by yours truly, Helping when, where and whom I can, Reading a good book, Being stupid in public and generally just "amusing myself to death".
I'd like to meet:
Is this like the Make a Wish Foundation or something?...
I wanna meet Robert Jordan, Douglas Adams, Bono,
Roger Waters (just cuz he's kick-ass cool)
and the Pope. I only wanna meet the Pope so I can kidnap
him and hold him for ransom or something.

Your Theme Song is Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd
"There is no pain, you are receding.
A distant ship?s smoke on the horizon.
You are only coming through in waves."
You haven't been feeling a lot lately, and you think that's a good thing.
The comfortable part is nice... but you should really work on numb.
What's Your Theme Song?
You scored as Disappear. Your death will be by disappearing, probably a camping trip gone wrong or an evening hike you never returned from. Always remeber that one guy who was hiking alone and got in a rock slide. He could have died, but he cut his own hand off to save himself. Don't end up like him (or worse, dead).

Movies:
M*A*S*H*, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Fight Club, The Princess Bride, Dances With Wolves, Maverick...THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE, EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH ITFULL LENGTH MOVIE CAN BE FOUND HERE: Freedom to Fascism
Television:
don't watch it, but back in the day when I did, it was M*A*S*H*, X-Files, and the Discovery Channel...
Books:
Wheel of Time series (Robert Jordan), and lots of other stuff, Christian Fiction is good sometimes with the right author, Ted Dekker would probably top that list.
Heroes:
Real life or Fictional?.... Real Life I guess it would have to be Superman, he's always been there for me. Fictional, I guess it would be the Pope. Many people have been an influence in my life, my friends keep me sane and I am forever grateful! Thank You, you know who you are:) Other Heroes and/or influential people would have to be Ed and Elaine Brown, Michael Badnarik, "Reno", Ron Paul, Walter Veith, Robert Jordan, my Mom, who single handedly raised me and my sisters for a majority of our lives, sacrificing often her own happiness for ours and doing everything in her power to ensure we grew up knowing and showing the love of Christ. Despite hard times and many frustrations, there was never a time when her love for us wasn't known. Last but not least, my old piano teacher Harold Henderson, who probably taught me more about more things than any other single person in my life.Take Your Guns to TownMichale Badnarik on the ConstitutionPatriot ActAlex Jone's Terror StormLoose Change 2A VISITOR FROM THE PAST
by Thelen PaulkI had a dream the other night, I didn't understand.
A figure walking through the mist, with flintlock in his hand.
His clothes were torn and dirty, as he stood there by the bed,
He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low, he said:"We fought a revolution, to secure our liberty.
We wrote the Constitution, as a shield from tyranny,
For future generations, this legacy we gave,
In this, the land of the free and the home of the brave.""The freedom we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep.
But tyrants labored endlessly, while your parents were asleep.
Your freedom gone, your courage lost, you're no more
than a slave,
In this, the land of the free and the home of the brave.""You buy permits to travel, and permits to own a gun,
Permits to start a business, or to build a place for one.
On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent,
Although you have no voice in choosing how the money's spent.""Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate.
Your Christian values can't be taught, according to the state.
You read about the current news, in a regulated press.
You pay a tax you do not owe, to please the I.R.S.""Your money is no longer made of silver or of gold.
You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God in shame,
You've taken Satan's number, as you've traded in your name.""You've given government control to those who do you harm,
So they can padlock churches, and steal the family farm,
And keep the country deep in debt, put men of God in jail,
Harass your fellow countrymen, while corrupted courts prevail.""Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oath they've sworn.
Your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born.
Your leaders ship artillery and guns to foreign shores,
And send your sons to slaughter, fighting other people's wars.""Can you regain freedom for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride?
Are there no more values for which you'll fight to save?
Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?""Sons of the Republic, arise and take a stand!
Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land!
Preserve our great republic and each God-given right,
And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright!"As I awoke he vanished, in the mist from which he came.
His words were true, we are not free. We have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right,
We only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside, in a dream while you're asleep,
And wondered what remains of our rights he fought to keep,
What would be your answer, if he called out from the grave?
Is this still the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave?
