About Me

INSOMNY is a metal band that was put into gear in april 2002 in the Annecy region (France). Today It is made up of 3 members: Kevin (drums), Julien J (vocals and guitars),and Arnaud (bass guitar)... some other members will come for the live sessions... . Insomny tries to evolve into different styles : death, prog metal, power, thrash, hardcore) and not to stay stuck in only one sort of music. The bands influences are : Pantera, Dream Theater, Megadeth, Iced Earth, Death, Scarve... INSOMNY is centred mostly on powerful and resounding rhythms. The band recorded 3 demos since 2002 Insomny is now recording his first album... and it's close to be done! We'll try to upload titles as soon as posiible...
