Outbreak Films is a rather new production crew. After releasing Sideshore Media , an online windsurfing video website, in 2003 and having more than 49.000 visits from all around the world in 2004. Charles Oreve decided to enter a new market as far as filmmaker. Setting up his team and projects, he's ready to operate in 2006.
