About Me

Damn everything but the circus!
...damn everything that is grim, dull, motionless, unrisking, inward turning, damn everything that won't get into the circle, that won't enjoy, that won't throw its heart into the tension, surprise, fear and delight of the circus, the round world, the full existence...
— e.e. cummings
I am a circus performer based out of Cambridge, Massachusetts. I spin fans, poi, poi snakes, and batons, both with fire and without. I perform as a living statue on the streets of Boston, New York, Philadlephia, and Baltimore. I am also in training for aerial dance. I love dancing to all hours of the night, building strange sculptures out of metal, and participating in spontaneous acts of a theatrical nature.
Most recently, I performed in Mischief In the Machine, a theatrical circus piece put on by Emperor Norton's Stationary Marching Band and the Madcap Rumpus Society (of which I am a part).

I was introduced to the circus arts two years ago when I saw my first fire spinner. It was love at first sight. I jumped in with both feet and have spent the last two years performing, learning, and playing in Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, and Reno.
