About Me

I am approaching my 40th birthday. Heck, where did the time go! You may already know me as the Ghanaian footballing legend who scored volleys for fun. I even scored the greatest goal ever against Liverpool with my weaker foot.I now run an hotel in Ghana and am the alleged uncle of DC United wonderkid Freddy Adu. When I go to America to see him we have a right laugh. We get some of his teammates round for parties. You should see their disappointment when I serve them Yorkshire Puddings instead of beer and girls.PLEASE NOTE: Anyone who puts 'socialising' as one of their interests, don't even bother trying to add me. I will only volley your add request into touch.

My Interests

Yorkshire Puddings, volleying, blonde slimmies, wagging my index finger.

I'd like to meet:

George Graham, so I can get my shirt back. It isn't so bad now I'm in Ghana, but I was cold in Germany without a shirt for 3 years. Also, that woman who presents the ITV Weather some nights, who looks like Morten Gamst Pedersen.

Music:

When I was at Leeds, they released a song about me that went: "Tony, Tony Yeboah. Tony Yeboah. Tony Yeboooooooooooah." So that, and Gangsta Rap.

Movies:

Boyz n The Hood, Dumb and Dumber, Beavis and Butthead Do America, Free Willy

Television:

I don't have a telly anymore. My wife tossed a ball up one day and i rifled it full on the volley and smashed the screen up.

Books:

Gary McAllister's autobiography. He made me put that. We are THE guys.

Heroes:

Abedi Pele, Howard Wilkinson and Jack Nicklaus. I don't play golf, but he was one heck of a player. New additions: George Samaras, Jimmy Bullard, Massimo Maccarone.
