I'm a BIG BIG Bowie fan and a Stephen King fan from way back. Blues n Jazz are my tunes. N'awlins is my favorite place. I like to read horror novels and true crime as well as supermarket tabloids! I'm not a big love story fan...so you wont see me at any chick flix. I have a large B movie collection, great stuff like "Orgy of the Dead" and "This Beast Must Die", and I wish I had more. Hammer films ROCK. MOVIE RECOMENDATION OF THE MOMENT: "GOZU" - It's Japan Film Noir meets David Lynch...a movie that's too FuNkY 4 words. When I'm back in Chicago, my friends take me Karaoking - I have to go with them because I'd never go on my own. I like to sing. I've done it for a living in the past and it's a fun thing to do. I love good food and especially love freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!!!
David Bowie. Stephen King. Buddah. God (but not too soon). The Beatles. Ernst Grafenberg The person who invented chocolate. I'd like to meet some unique individuals...quirky and odd but not completely socially inept! cool geeks like me. **************************** YOU'VE GOTTA PLAY THIS VIDEO- Cruella DeVille's Gypsy Girl............**or try HONG KONG SWING*....................##### 5;######### 5;*******************###### 35;######### 35;###Temper:A Zen student came to Bankei and complained: "Master, I have an ungovernable temper. How can I cure it?""You have something very strange," replied Bankei. "Let me see what you have.""Just now I cannot show it to you," replied the other."When can you show it to me?" asked Bankei."It arises unexpectedly," replied the student."Then," concluded Bankei, "it must not be your own true nature. If it were, you could show it to me at any time. When you were born you did not have it, and your parents did not give it to you. Think that over."
1. The Bealtes. 2 everything else. I have a giant music collection on my 'puter. but i dont have a whole lot of time to listen. To relax, I enjoy new age and soundscape stuff, also jazz and blues. Otherwise, for traveling, I like Pink Floyd and NIN and Bill Haley and Alice in Chains and Liza Minelli and Sara Ramirez and all sorts of other stuff. I think my favorite genre is Blues. I love the blues. All sorts of blues styles: chicago, memphis, dixie, new orleans/mississippi delta. Those eary bluesmen like blind lemon jefferson, and especially charlie patton rocked the genre! muddy waters, elmore james, bb king, koko taylor, eric clapton, dr john, i just love 'em all. maybe one day i'll get brave and put my own singing on here. then again, maybe not.love love love the scissor sisters....
TREY PARKER AND MATT STONE are sooo cool.I have a soft spot in my heart for B movies. or worse. Ed wood, john waters, roger corman, TROMA FILMS! campy, tacky stuff like that. Its entertaining to me. Anyone can go mindlessly enjoy a run of the mill blockbuster hit with a multi million dollar budget. that's boring. But to sit through, watch and understand what the director was trying to do in a "b" movie, to realize the heart and soul they poured into it, that's art. most of the results are terrible, some are really great. exploitation films...they're fun too.I also love Horror movies. The 60's through 80's kind...I LOVE HAMMER FILMS. Vincent Price. Christopher Lee. Peter Cushing. No romance or heavy drama. Life is too dramatic without further assistance thanks.
Monk, pSYCH, Lost, Earl, (the new) Dr. Who, Torchwood, Red Dwarf, Monty Python, Coupling, French & Saunders, BBC TV is waaaay better than usa TV.
oh, now i'm reading trashy mags like the STAR and OK! Also "YOU SUCK" & "Practical Demonkeeping" by Christopher Moore.
Bet you practice Wicca or Paganism or possibly more liberal Christianity. You probably love Dead Can Dance, anything ethereal, and might be vegetarian. You probably also like to hug people.
What kind of goth are you?

"Gasan instructed his adherents one day: "Those who speak against killing and who desire to spare the lives of all conscious beings are right. It is good to protect even animals and insects. But what about those persons who kill time, what about those who are destroying wealth, and those who destroy political economy? We should not overlook them. Furthermore, what of the one who preaches without enlightenment? He is killing Buddhism."
