The Assassinators - Demo, Seven Inch and Compilation Tracks CD
Released in support of The Assassinators Australian Tour this release collects tracks from this Danish melodic punk bands Demo, 7" and compilation material (as the title may suggest). 12 tracks of hook ridden female fronted melodic punk with elements of of Bad Religion & Mid Youth Crisis. This release features artwork by Yeap of Pisschrist!
Melbourne skate-thrash outfit Cut Sick rip out some frenzied high-intensity punk that follows in the footsteps of Massappeal or The Hard-ons, with the agro of Black Flag and Poison Idea. Mixing elements of thrash and hardcore, the debut EP is and features a Bad Brains cover with guest vocals by Link Meanie (The Meanies).Birushanah - Akai Yami CD
From Osaka, Japan, lurches the heavy sludge monster rock outfit that is Birushanah. They play epic doom pieces, driven by amazing playing on fretless bass (with not one but two bass players). The sound mixes in the heaviness of Neurosis, the melody and energy of Envy, and the pummeling metallic percussion of Einstürzende Neubauten. Finally, throw in elements of traditional Japanese music, and the result is one unique doom metal band. Massively awesome stuff. Birushanah feature former Corrupted and Tetsuo members. Dad They Broke Me have been playing around Melbourne for the last couple of years, earning the respect of their peers as being one of the most intense and original heavy bands in Melbourne's current scene. Blending the noise rock influences of Jesus Lizard, Unsane and Zeni Geva, with the riffs and grinding of our old fave Christbait, DTBM play crushing messed-up rock. They've toured in Japan alongside Agents Of Abhorrence last year playing shows with Birushanah, Ryokuchi, Palm and Corrupted, amongst other. Members of DTBM also play in Shagnum, and two members also played in an earlier line-up of Birushanah while living in Japan.
Coué Method is a somewhat all-star outfit round these parts. The band contains members of Mid Youth Crisis, Identity Theft, and Blueline Medic and sound like late-period MYC. Limited to 500 copies.
Blood Duster / Venomous Concept - Split 7"
HUMAN SKIN Edition LTD to 200 SOLD OUT
STANDARD edition LTD to 300
Ok... so we have been working on this little number for a few months now and finally it's hit the shop. A while back Fuller from Blood Duster asked if we could help them and the Venomous Concept lads by releasing a 7" for them. Fuller suggested that he wanted the covers to be made of steel! We looked into the possibility but when we suggested that maybe there was some other less complicated to execute type cover that we could persue Fuller's response was "Man if I can't have human skin then it has to be steel"... Our response was "Man why didn't you mention the human skin earlier, as it happens I have just procured..." the rest is history.
Now with the help of out tuff nut butcher mate Nick and many hours carving, bleeding, screaming and laughing we have stretched the torn and tortured scraps of skin around 200 of these dainty little records. Of course human skin not being the easiest of materials to get ahold of we also have 300 of these little buggers in a plain old cardboard printed sleeve too.
On the content passed the bloody sticky flesh, one side contains 3 tracks from Venomous Concept a super band with members of Napalm Death, Melvins and Brutal Truth, the other side is Blood Duster doing punk inspired grind, including a cover of Australian punk legends Depression in the form of "filthy trash".
This 7" is strictly limited to 500 copies in total with the "Human Skin" version being only available from Missing Link and Blood Duster.Agents Of Abhorrence / Iron Lung - Silent Decay 7"

Hailing from Melbourne, Australia Agents of Abhorrence are a two-piece falafel grind brutality band featuring Max from Far Left Limit, George W. Bush, Terror Firma, and ex-ABC Weapons bringing the beats and yelps, and Ben from My Disco!, Heartfeltself, and Clann Zú who slips in a little chaotic melody and crunch.

Mutiny - Co-Op Brewery CD
Mutiny formed in 1991 out of remnants of Melbourne anarcho-punk bands In-syte and Compost. Brandishing the catchcry “folk punk for punk folk“ the band has toured worldwide relentlessly, playing pubs, clubs, festivals, squats.
Co-op Brewery moves with unparalleled energy, taking the punk spirit to folk instruments rather than the other way round. Mutiny is influenced by the Australian bush sound as well as Celtic rock, and Co-op Brewery is a true Aussie drinking record.

True Radical Miracle - Cockroaches CD
A dream of escape from the drooling genitals and skinny teeth of the party-hard hordes; An attempt to bypass delusional avant garde shut-ins and shrieking colleagues; A skewed tribute to Richard Matheson’s I Am Legend, and the various cinematic interpretations of Robert Neville; Vile churning bass and alien drum patterns anchor True Radical Miracle throughout this series of decomposed rock songs splattered with associated matter. Dragged along are stinging guitar squalls, worn-down pedals and a damaged, dry throat.
File next to your Harvey Milk, Feedtime, Big Black, Scratch Acid, Whitehouse and early Flaming Lips Records
Artimus Pyle - The Black Shroud CDEP
To coincide with Artimus Pyle's 2006 Australia tour, we've released an EP for them. It's fast, full-belt thrash intermixed with some slower, brooding moments. Artimus Pyle feature members of Iron Lung and What Happens Next?
Terror Firma - Throwing You Down The Stairs CD

Over a few years now Missing Link staff have found much joy in seeing this band playing live, and we leapt at the chance of releasing something for them. Throwing You Down The Stairs features 6 new tracks plus 5 earlier recordings, which have been only available on cassette.
Los Diablos - Viva Hate CD
The debut release from Adelaide, South Australia, hardcore punk destroyers Los Diablos is here. Devastatingly heavy, melodic riffs, pummelling drums and throat-tearing vocals.

Agents Of Abhorrence - Covert Lobotomy 9"
Ben Andrews (of My Disco!, Clann Zú, Blarke Bayer) rips out hyperfast, super-catchy, blazing guitar riffs, while Max Kohane (of Far Left Limit, George W. Bush, Terror Firma) unleashes his sticks of fury at a thousand beats per minute on every drum and cymbal in sight, simultaneously wrenching out sections of his throat into a microphone.
Think in the neighbourhood of Discordance Axis, Iron Lung, Head Hits Concrete — flat-out, non-stop, power-violence grind destruction.
The session that appears on the 9? includes guest vocals from Grant of Dying Breed, and Mark “Grover†Groves of True Radical Miracle, George W. Bush and Paul of Blood.
