BIOGRAPHY
HANK SHERMANN started playing guitar in March 1977. He soon found his alley in Heavy Metal bands like Judas Priest, UFO and Black Sabbath. His first ever recording was in 1978 with the band called Brats. Michael Denner then joined the band and they released an album in 1980. Soon after the band broke up, MERCYFUL FATE came to surface in early 1981 , when singer King Diamond joined the band..starting a new breed in heavy metal music. Shermann started to compose MF's music , which later became classic songs for the band. "EVIL", "SATAN'S FALL", "CURSE of the PHAROAHS" "BLACK FUNERAL" and "DESECRATION of SOULS" to name a few.
In between recordings and touring with MERCYFUL FATE , Hank has launched bands like Zoser Mez , Gutrix , Fate and Virus 7 and FORCE OF EVIL. FOE have released 2 albums. Currently production and songwriting with artist Rachelle Ramm is in the works as well as recordings for the 1st solo album named "Hank Shermann's DEMONICA"....

02.06.08 * Hi everyone, here's a long awaited update from my always busy HQ ; The recording of my solo album is going quite well, I've done 5 songs so far and it got in a very heavy Thrashy direction. More details on who is playing along, name of project and so on will surface in early March 08.
10.17.07 * Im currently working with singer Rachelle Ramm , a San Fran "chick-rocker" , co-writing and co-producing her 1st album "CITY OF SIN" to be released early November 2007 . Also working as a director on the video to be shot in Berlin, Germany.
