About Me

The year was 1979. Disco was king and Queen was queen. The gas crisis raged, the Alan Parsons Project fell to creative differences, and unemployment and crime were rampant.

At this troubled moment, two men sweated away in their San Jose garage. Steven Jobs, a local hippie/prankster/nerd had dropped out of college the year before, and was now aimless and seeking new horizons. Beside him was Dr. Gene Scott, a Los Angeles televangelist. The device they created in that dusty workroom would go on to change the spiritual lives of millions, ensuring all the people of the world their own portable Jesus.
