Grundle
We are Grundle. Matt and Chris started February 19th 2006 as a gore-grind band under the name Carnival of Cannibals. Within a month we drafted Andrew on guitar and we also changed our name to Fetal Explosion, which is now a separate project. Around May or June of 2006 we decided to drop the gore-grind and change into a crust/peace punk band. Since we didn’t have a real singer, we started try outs and drafted Jimmy (the only try out). The music change also called for a new name, Grundle. It doesn't fit with our music or really anything, but it is our name. We wrote our first 9 song album Do It Up! and released it at our second show on July 24th 2006. Half of it was rushed and recorded the day before the show and wasn’t very good quality. Jimmy left in August after only 3 months of being our singer. We needed a singer. We tried out a few people, had fun in the process, but found that we didn’t need a new singer when we had Andrew (guitar) who tried out just for the hell of it and ended up sounding really good. War and Hate EP was released on 10/21/06. Andrew's vocals ripped on it. It had 3 revisited songs and 2 new songs. This one was not rushed; the quality was really good for a DIY recording. As of December 17th, Chris is no longer in Grundle. Bryan has joined on bass and Kyle has replaced Andrew on vocals. This line-up change brought about a change in the sound of Grundle and we are now more of a crust/fastcore/grind/hardcore band. Soon after this Andrew decided to leave Grundle on guitar and we still remain close friends with him, this led to James joining the band. James is a more than adequate replacement; he is fecal obsessed, peace loving and totally HxC.

Book us for shows. We will play with any band (That doesn't stand for hate in any degree.) and we will play for 1 person, whatever, a show is a show.
Free shows are always awesome, we will also play venues.
We are always open for collaborating with other bands doing splits or whatever. We also will record other bands for free or really cheap.
