About Me

How I made my profile:
.Sleeping Me is a noise/ambient/compositional project started by me, Clayton McEvoy. I play with and collaborate with The Refractors and have previously played in Odd Doppelganger. I have recorded Pegasissy, Zombelle and Brother Mitya as well as myself and others that werent aware of it at the time. Sleeping Me was and is inspired by ambient music, compositional, baroque, and minimalist drone and noise. Examples being Stars of the Lid, Flying Saucer Attack, Tim Hecker, Growing, Erik Satie, Antonio Vivaldi and Phillip Glass, along with many many more. A CD and shows are always on the horizon, but more importantly music is posted and I stay busy... so keep checking, and even though I am not big on self advertising and whoring myself out to the general populace, I will try to inform everyone of goings on in the most subtle way possible. Thankyou to all who ask about me on a regular basis, I am very lucky.
