The Bitchwhores of Babylon

thats what yer ma said last night... TWICE!!

About Me

The BITCHWHORES OF BABYLON were formed in Edinburgh in late 2004. Bonding over a crate of alcohol and a love of twisted humour, 'More Foreplay, Vicar' was recorded soon after.
'More Foreplay, Vicar' itself is a strange trip through the warped minds of its creators. Taking in funk (Two Inches of Pink Pleasure), punk (A Right Handed Toast to the Queen, To Nirvana... And Beyond), metal (Only a Fucking Necklace) and sheer noise (Rack Behind the Curtains) along the way. Lyrical themes include anti-catholicism, pink wafers, masturbation, an imaginary brothel, metallica and having sex with your best friends mother...
Work on new material has been held back due to band illness but hopefully will start again in the near future. Two songs ('CHEERS!' and 'Some People Thought The Stone Roses Were Gods But They Never Meant Shite To Me') have already been confirmed for the next album. In the meantime, the Bitchwhores are getting ready to take their sound out on the road, and have been offered gigs and radio shows already. If you're interested, send us a message!
