Interests are Retro 40's/50's/60's culture, kitsch, drag queens and drag shows, decorating my home in a retro/martini lounge/club look (I swear my house looks like a kitschy Vegas nightclub), the artists Shag, Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali & Dr. Seuss, Vegas lounge culture, sick trashiness with a sense of humor a la John Waters, retro B-movies, happy hour & nightcaps at home like they used to do in the movies, wild girl poker parties, 60s style swanky & swingin' suburbia cocktail parties for friends. Also, I have a phobia - I am terrified of butterflies.
I'd love to hang out with Sylvia Brown and see what she could tell me about me.

Any documentary with medical oddities, creepy people, dwarfs, giants, lobster claw people (from Pittsburgh!), circus freaks, narcoleptics, giant tumors, parasites, especially love anything having to do with fetus' growing inside the other (parasitic siblings/vanishing twins). Fascinating! Discovery Health Channel rules!
Secrets of the Sideshows. Electric Michelangelo about an early 20th century tattoo artist from England that set up shop in Coney Island during the freak show hey day. Ripley's Believe It Or Not - Virtual Odditorium (a Christmas gift from my very cool 9 year old son). Literary Las Vegas - The Best Writing About America's Most Fabulous City. Please Kill Me by Leggs McNeil about the NYC punk scene centered around CBGBs back in the day. Filthy (about John Waters). Parallel Universes - The Search For Other Worlds (not a book about UFOs and aliens - but a look at quantum physics) and The Dreaming Universe - both by Fred Alan Wolf and The Universe In A Nutshell by Stephen Hawking. Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevski which I re-read every few years and inspired me to study existentialism philosophy and Russian language and literature in my teens and early 20s.
