I am here for Friends

About Me

Just another cynical college student, way too shy for her own good and very, very strange.

Let's see who is paying attention. Unless you're a band (I don't expect personal messages from ya'll ^_^ ), PLEASE, don't send me a friend request without sending me an INTELLIGENT message. 'Hey baby', 'What's up?', or 'You're sexy' in any variation do not qualify as intelligent. :P

I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

My Interests

Computer games, reading, writing, art, World of Warcraft, Magic: the Gathering, bellydancing, music, coffee, cats, needlework, rennaisance festivals, dancing, theatre, Terry Pratchett, ice skating, ice hockey, taking over the world, etc...

I'd like to meet:

The sort of people who would message me based on interest in something other than my picture.

Music:

I like music more than I like most people. Keeping up with bands I like and finding new ones is the main reason I'm here.

Movies:

As long as it's entertaining, I don't care. My favorite genres would have to be fantasy and science fiction, with comedy, action/adventure, and horror a little lower down on the list.

Television:

I don't own a TV anymore. If I did, I'd only be watching Adult Swim, possibly some M.A.S.H, and hockey games. Or the Discovery Channel. Or Law and Order. Or Jeopardy. Or old movies. Or...alright, I like the damn thing, I admit it!

Books:

I could devote pages and pages of text to listing the books I've read and how much I enjoyed them, and still pages more to the ones I haven't gotten around to yet. Let's just say I'm a bookworm and leave it at that, yes?

My Blog

What is Theatre?

In general, I find Theatre History to be an incredibly boring class...but every now and then something catches my attention.  With all the experimental theatre that's been going on in the last ce...

A little rant...

I have to say, nothing annoys me more than people who go out to see live music and don't stay for the whole show. Granted, maybe they don't like one of the bands, and things do come up...but c'mo...
