FM Groove was founded in 2000 by legendary artist/producer Francis Mbappe (past collaborations include musical greats such as Herbie Hancock, Manu Dibango, Fela Kuti, Ashanti Tokoto, Peter Gabriel, Youssou Ndour, Salif Keita, and King Sunny Ade).His goal was to create a company that would allow the collaboration with artists and musicians from different backgrounds and countries but unified by a music resulting from the fusion of diverse cultures, that share a common sensitivity.Through this common sensitivity and its very own vision and values (unity, quality, strength, difference), FM Groove is a music-production company that implements the expansion of creative thoughts.
