Broderick Tower

Hello my name is David Broderick, many of my older friends knew me as "The Eaton Tower" until I changed my name in the 1940's. I contain 34 Floors, a basement and a sub basement within my walls, I was born in 1927, designed by Louis Kamper and I am 358ft tall. I was once good friends with a lot of Dentisits, Barbers and even a couple of Radio stations. Most of them left me for new friends in the late 80's. On October 13th, 1997 artist Wyland painted a large ocean & whale mural (65 Feet Long x 180 Feet High) on my back. Some people dislike my mural as it has pretty much nothing to do with Detroit however others consider it to be a work of art. I am currently owned by Michael Higgins of the Witherell Corporation who purchased me for a mere $60,000. Many have since labeled him as Detroit "Slum Lord", although that may change soon, as there has been talk of "lofts" and "renovation". But lately, the only visitors that I've had are those who work and visit in the bar at my base which takes up 2 floors & part of the basement. As well as others who enter just to visit, take pictures, and a few assholes who are ripping me apart.
