Raymond Wishes

Raymond Wishes: Music written with Care, Performed with gnash - was formed in January 2003. They play power pop with fierce hooks: think the Killers meets Foo Fighters with a charismatic lady on vocals. The band quickly earned a solid live reputation, winning several rock contests and playing gigs all over the country, in small clubs but also on bigger stages such as the VK (Vaartkapoen), Muziekodroom, Dépot, Suikerrock, ... They were asked to open for many great bands: Dog Eat Dog, Magnapop, Mud Flow, Rumplestichkin, Van Jets, Sedan Vault, .... In January 2005 they were invited by the famous Dutch producer Emile Den Tex (the Scene, the Radios, Shirley Bassey, ...) for an exclusive live set at the legendary VRT Marconi Studio (Belgium's national radio). May 2006 saw the birth of their debut EP Act One: "Oh No, Hercules". Mixed by Maarten Heynderickx (Millionaire), mastered by Alan Ward (Zita Swoon, Zornik, Absynthe Minded, ...) and under the guidance of Oliver Adams (Praga Khan) it has become a solid effort and the real start towards Raymond Wishes' only real goal: World Domination!If you like Bellison Fire you can download it for free at www.raymondwishes.com
