Jason Daniel Munnerlyn Sr.
(aka Jaychildz)Born in the Bronx and raised in Queens, New York, Jason started singing at an early age. Jason is a stone singer, he is a throw back to the old days.
Jason's mother and father's love for music inspired and exposed him to many different types of music. It ranged from Gospel, Jazz, R&B, Salsa, Rock and Roll, as well as standards. The gentle teddy bear crooner is influenced by the likes of many different musicians such as: Billy Eckstein, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Brooke Benton, Peabo Bryson, Miles Jaye, Teddy Pendergrass, Barry White and his favorite Luther Vandross.
Jason has worked with many musicians over the years, and has shared the stage with a few big names such as: Patti Labelle, Shirley Ceasar, The Isley Brothers, Pieces of a Dream and the late Phyllis Hyman.
Jason is currently working with Faze 4 Orchestras and Current Affair Music Inc. Jason has been pegged for A&E, The Biography Channel, HBO, and Court T.V. for many different voice overs.
