I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I was a gifted kid. My mom's white and my dad's black. They used to call that mulatto. My favorite singers right now are Bjork and Sam Beam. I thought the latest Roots album was good. I opened for Saul Williams last fall and he had a mohawk.I had a live hip hop band for a few years called The Wick, and when we broke up, I had to learn how to produce music. I had hung out studios so much that it wasn't that hard, just a lot of wack beats and missed sleep for several months. By the time I put out my debut "Manifest Destiny" EP, I had done a track or two for it.If you like solid, though-provoking lyrics, buy my cd. You'll like it. But don't take my word for it, take a listen. And look for my full length album by the end of the year.Other than that, what is there to say? I write poetry and perform it here and there. At high schools, universities, community festivals, after-hours house parties and back porches. I once got on stage at a Blackstar show in Oberlin and spit a verse. I speak Spanish. I'm a leo. A couple of my friends are going to be very famous one day. Oh yeah, and I'm in love.
