About Me

I am a musician and a booking agent for festivals and bands. I, also, produce music events. I am always looking for venues and musicans. Please message me if you are interested in working together.Cooking is a huge part of my life. I started cooking when I was very young. I feel I have been exposed to a wide variety of cuisine. After living in Mexico for three years, I learned how to cook almost all things Mexican.I like playing air hockey and I don't like losing...just kidding, but not 100% I like to play pool and don't mind losing at that. I'm fairly good at darts. Cricket anyone? I'm not that great at fuzbol, oooh, but I love pinball. So, that's it for the pub games. Well, at least the ones that take quarters.I don't know why I like being tickled as much as I do. It may go back to the fact that my mom, when I was a kid, could get me rolling in the floor by just pretending to tickle me. I have a very healthy sense and embodiment of my inner child. It keeps me young and free-spirited.I have been focusing more of my energy on practicing my guitar lately. I have been learning for a few years, have written a couple songs, and can play some covers of other songs. The whole reason I started playing was so I could express my soul. You know? I just wanted that release, to say to the world, in an artful way, the subtleties and complexities that can exist in the human soul. My mom left me an amazing saxophone, I pulled it out of the closet the other day and doodled around a bit and actually came up with some good sound and a little diddy, although I had no idea what notes I was playing. It was fun. I played the clarinet in secondary school and it's not that much different from the sax.Vanilla ice cream is better than chocolate ice cream, but I like milk chocolate. If you were a stranger on the street and you wanted a hug, I would give you two.I write poetry from the heart, because that is where it should come from.I feel a deep connection to my Native American roots and my Irish/English roots as the same time.I am a liberal person, who actually cares about what is happening to humanity and our environment.I love music, whether it's live music or listening to a record and dancing in the living room like nobody is watching.I try to love like it's never going to hurt.I have two dogs, and I love them all the way.I go with the flow more often than not. I still know what I want, but it may change as the situation changes. If I died tomorrow, my only regret would be that I had never once in my life given up all my possessions to travel the world. If the sun were not going to rise tomorrow, I'd paint as much as I could today. If the moon were not going to rise tomorrow night, I'd make love under it tonight.I want to take pilot lessons, because I love to fly.I try not to have expectations, because they lead to disappointment.I think sexy comes more from the brain than the body, but the body counts, especially if you smell good to me. I like to be affectionate, hold hands, cuddle like pretzels in the night, even better if it's super cold.I try to surround myself with diverse culture and people. I speak Spanish.Sometimes I misspell things on porpoise. I love to laugh, and I'm sane enough to know it's healthy to cry.I want to be a doctor trained in both eastern and western medicine so I can practice eastern medicine in the western world. I go to UT and I'm studying bio-chemistry.

I'd like to meet:

"Keep your desire turning back within and be patient. Allow the fulfillment to come to you. Gently resist the temptation to chase your dreams into the world. Pursue them in your heart until they disappear into the Self, then leave them there. It may take a little self-discipline--be simple, be kind, stay rested. Attend to your own inner health and happiness. Happiness radiates like a fragrance from a flower and draws all good things towards you. Allow your love to nourish yourself as well as others. Do not strain after your needs of life--it is sufficient to be quietly alert and aware of them. In this way life proceeds more naturally, effortlessly. Life is here to enjoy." -- Maharishi Mahesh Yogi--"Imagination is more important than knowledge." --Albert Einstein--"True love begins when nothing is looked for in return." -- Antoine De Saint-Exupery (1900-1944) French Aviator, Writer--"The hours I spend with you I look upon as sort of a perfumed garden, a dim twilight, and a fountain signing to it - you and you alone make me feel that I am alive - Other men, it is said, have seen angels, but I have seen thee and thou art enough." -- George Moore (1852-1933) Irish Writer--Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open. --John Barrymore--Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night. --Edgar Allan Poe--A poet is a bird of unearthly excellence, who escapes from his celestial realm arrives in this world warbling. If we do not cherish him, he spreads his wings and flies back into his homeland. --Kahlil Gibran--If you love somebody, let them go, for if they return, they were always yours. And if they don't, they never were. --Kahlil Gibran--Democracy is when the indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers. --Aristotle--To the query, ''What is a friend?'' his reply was ''A single soul dwelling in two bodies.'' --Aristotle--How can you prove whether at this moment we are sleeping, and all our thoughts are a dream; or whether we are awake, and talking to one another in the waking state? --Plato --A revolution is coming - a revolution which will be peaceful if we are wise enough; compassionate if we care enough; successful if we are fortunate enough - but a revolution which is coming whether we will it or not. We can affect its character, we cannot alter its inevitability. --John F. Kennedy--Every observed change of place is caused by a motion of either the observed object or the observer or, of course, by an unequal displacement of each. --Nicolaus Copernicus --All my life through, the new sights of Nature made me rejoice like a child. --Marie Curie--Who would ever think that so much can go on in the soul of a young girl? --Anne Frank --How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world. --Anne Frank--Only that in you which is me can hear what I'm saying. --Baba Ram Dass--A beautiful woman is a practical poet, taming her savage mate, planting tenderness, hope and eloquence in all whom she approaches. -- Ralph Waldo Emerson--"When you take a flower in your hand and really look at it, it's your world for the moment. I want to give that world to someone else. Most people in the city rush around so, they have no time to look at a flower. I want them to see it whether they want to or not." --Georiga O'Keefe O'Keefe - Canna O'Keefe O'Keefe's Hands"word touching intentions looks like a morning raising the sun, just another moment to talk, for the heart to shape the toungue and speak of love." --Bobby Ottmers *Jim Morrison* *The South Austin Jug Band*

My Mom...who taught me to follow my heart, be true to myself, it's cheaper for twice the price, life is too damn short so play hard, give it 150% or don't do it at all, and to show them better. But above all to follow my heart. Maybe one day I'll love, play and live half as much as she did.
