About Me

Sunday Mass Murder is an old school [hardcore] punk band that does its best at playing a style of punk music a lot of people have forgotten about, it seems. We think its important to keep the feeling and mindset of punk's hardcore ancestors. With the exception of a handful of bands, this long-lost style of music is the reason for our existence. SMM started in Aug. of '03 with the original line-up of Adam, Tre, Tyler and Alec. We self-released our first full-length album, "Mailbox Holocaust" in May of 2004. There have been several line-up changes on guitar since late '04. We have finally found Jarod, our newest (permanent) guitarist, and Justin, our newest (permanent) drummer and we sound better than fucking ever. We have now released our second full-length album entitled "Gestapolice". We are currently kicking around the idea of releasing a 7" vinyl out of our respect to our old school hardcore punk ancestors sometime in the future, which will consist of new material written with the newest members, and also unreleased tracks which were cut from Gestapolice.We've resigned to the fact that more people look at your band's MySpace than your band's website, so we aren't wasting our time with one. That means that we are gonna start selling our shit on MS when we restock patches, shirts, etc. and when we FINALLY complete our new albums and restock on old ones.
