So here's the thing: I'm a strawberry-blonde Taurean of Scotch-Irish heritage. I can drink you under the table and cook breakfast the next morning. In some cultures that's considered a good thing. I love nature, and if I could be anywhere at the moment it would probably be tending a lavender farm in Provence, or floating on a boat in the Caymans with no particular place to go. I'm wicked funny & whipsmart. I'll open your mind to music that will rock your soul, and you'll do the same. I play guitar and djembe badly, but I'm sincere. I love bonfires. I love the smell of leather. I'm learning how to firedance. I'm a helluva cook. I like taking care of people. I love good food and wine, and love to share it better. Im a muse. I'll nurture your artist, musician, or businessperson self. I think life is richer when we all throw ourselves headlong into our passions, and damn the critics. I think artists of any sort are the singularly most ignored population of our society, but by far the most important. I think children in any culture would thrive if they could learn how to plant herbs and watch them grow, and experience the thrill of smearing paint on a canvas and see how the colors combine to create new worlds. I think imagination should be the drug of our century. I think poverty and homelessness is shameful and preventable. I think every person on earth deserves a clean bed to sleep in at night. I think our problems as a nation seem insurmountable but are deceptively easy to solve if we could just get our priorities straight. I think the smell of a wet puppy or a newborn is one of the most beautiful things on this planet you can ever experience. I think a good meal and glass of wine can heal many rifts. I think musicians are brilliant and underappreciated. I think I have much art and music inside of me bursting to get out. I think the glow of the full moon on the ocean is transcendent. I think life is rich, difficult, savory, frustrating, and joyous.
I have secrets. I might share them. I'm like no one you've ever met.
As are you.
I'd like to meet:
Those rare souls who are openminded, politically incorrect, and a lover of the feminine. All those who are witty, sardonic, empathetic, and kind. Impulsive, creative, compelling, surprising, chivalrous, respectful, ambitious, compassionate, ferociously loving. Brave. Scared. Crazed. Empassioned. Creative. Musical. Appreciative. Real. Equally comfortable at the Ren Faire in leather or lace, at the opera in a cape, or in the mountains with flannel and a guitar and smelling of burnt ash and patchouli. Carnivores. Herbivores. Gods. Goddesses. Princes. Princesas. Someone who can challenge me with intellectual banter or a metaphysical discussion and then throw back some shots at a dive bar. People who knew the ozone was being depleted long before the gubment got their head out of their arses about it. People who lose sleep over the seal hunting in Canada. People whose breath catches in their throat at the sight of a perfect sunset. Moonchildren. Wiccan sisters and brothers. American Indians. Pagans, priests, priestesses and adepts of all nations and nationalities. People who breathe art like oxygen and mainline music like heroin. People who crave beauty and the arts like the finest red wine that's been cellared all these years. People who give a damn.
Sound like you?Bring it.
