Television:

.. Are we to always take the word of the whiteman whether it be in the case of when to let go of donnies neck or when they decide that this is not a serious crime. The decision should have been at least involutary manslaughter. The first charges were first degree murder. How did the ruling get changed so drastically? This is unjust. It should not be explained away. I can forgive Robert Burke, and anyone else but, this court in it's decision has just rubbed salt into our wounds. The court did not even call an eyewitness to trial to ask and to explain to my family what had happened they measured this case lightly and the person with the money and the lawyer won. The white court had already made up it's mind. There was a restraining order in place to prevent healing. The situation the court fostered was antagonistic. It was a win lose situation. Even the perspective of the news coverage was made with a very narrow viewpoint, even of ignorance. There was no game tap out game being played. My cousin made a bad decision in drinking , but it should have not cost him his life.Let , me know what you think. And if you feel like it send a letter to the Governor of Washington and let the state of Washington know how upset you are.Thank you,Robert Upham
