About the Feel Free's....
The intense impulsive rhythms and infectious groove of the South London based funktabulous Quartet, are enough for anyone with a set of dancing boots to get up and enthusiastically jig till closing time.
Raised on influences spanning decades and genre's many to mention, whilst driven by the desire to make a change to the rock n roll, The FFM represent have blended a fine mix of Raucous riffage, bad boy bass lines and funktastic para diddling dynamically pounding your ear drums into submission. Get yourselves socially lubricated and Feel free to come and check out our live show...
Formed at the end of 2005 after the sudden rise and fall of the Mofo's, surviving members Joe & Curtation continued Jammin' till the break of many a dawn, and in the last days of the year '05 writing our early tunes such as 'Live to play', 'It Starts here' and the groovy 'Smoke in the eye'
Ready for some skins to be added, John 'White Charger' Vince stepped up and added some seriously groovy beats. We played one gig as a 3 piece Dec 05, before realising we needed the true skill of Jim 'The Rifster' Brown. After a couple of Jams together FFM were ready to unleash upon the gig circuit, with our first gig as a four piece at The Cartoon (R.I.P) In March 06, received by a truly eclectic crowd...
Our next gig is at Boom Boom Club

Bugbear Promo's - "Righteously rhythmic freakout out RocknRoll"

Surface unsigned festival 2008 review -"There is something smooth about FFM, something groovy, something happening with heat. They have a great set leaning toward blues riffs and melodies that provide a more popular outlook of their rock and roll roots with lyrics that enjoy the sense of tragic irony of every day life that make the words all the more potent. On the whole, they’re a well-rounded act that bears witness to maturity of content and harmonic chord changes to compliment the vocals rather than subtracting from them."
