The Spoons are now AS GODS

About Me

AS OF THE 14TH OF SEPTEMBER, THE SPOONS ARE CHANGING.

Over the summer, we have decided that a change of image and name is needed in order for us to take things to the next level, therefore we will no longer be known as The Spoons.
From now on, we shall be writing, recording, and performing under the name AS GODS. The line-up has not changed, nor have our influences or music. We've been working really hard to produce some amazing new tracks for you all to enjoy, and they will be out VERY soon on our new myspace and website (see below for links).
We would like to thank every single fan, friend, family member, promoter, and band that ever contributed in helping The Spoons get this far! We hope you all understand the reasons behind this change, and we'd love to see the fans who have followed us over the years continuing to enjoy our music as much as we do!
We're sorry to have kept everybody in the dark, but organising everything has taken a lot of time and effort from all of us in the band, and we wanted the timing to be right. We won't be playing live shows for at least a couple of months as we want to keep writing and practising.
Make sure you keep an eye on http://www.myspace.com/asgods on and around the 14th of September! Feel free to add us as a friend now, that would really help us in the long run.
Once again, cheers to everyone who's supported us over the last FIVE years!
