About Me

Ahhhh, I'm some drummer that's life is spinning into oblivion. I keep traveling from state to state in search of the musician's dream... to be heard.....I was born in New Bedford, Ma. to a family of artists and musicians. I've been playing the drums most of my life. Helped start a band in 7th grade and have been in many projects since. It wasn't until I became a "drum ninja" through 4 years of intense Jazz training from the late great, Herbie King. (Herbie King was a better sensey than Yoda & Mr. Miyagi combined!!!) that I was ready to leave the small fishing port of Southeastern Mass. I was barely 19 when I journeyed to the far off, mythical land of California! I arrived in San Diego on June 20, 2001 and remained for 3 years. Pacifying my gypsy spirit with a few more cross country road trips. (I've driven across the country 5 times and seen 44 states) In San Diego, I played in many projects, the most successful was "Cheeky", whom still perform in So. Cal. I then traveled to Sacramento where I played with a few different projects (Ryan Fabian, "That's Not Them," Jahari Sai, etc.) I then headed back to the coast to San Francisco for 4 months. There I was able to peak into the Jazz scene; earning respect and slight recognition one Jazz Jam at a time. After running into bad luck; lost my place, a lot of my things were stolen, got fired, I decided on the flip of a coin (literally) to move to Seattle. I have lived in Seattle since March 7th of 2006 where I've been working as a self employed drummer; playing shows, recording, giving lessons, slinging CDs (over 550 sold!) ...and buskin.' I also play drums for BLOOD HOT BEAT (see "top friends"). If you care to hire me hit me up for my services my rates are low and I'm reliable!
