I'm an office manager guru in a legal office. I cannot believe that I've been back in the work force for a whole year! Time sure has flown and that means I'm not a newbie anymore.
I wish everyone had a job that they bounced out of bed every morning, eager to get there. Granted, I had many jobs where the Snooze Button was my friend, but not this time around. I love my job!

My own personal goal remains the same: to someday publish a short story.
I have two fairy godmothers who are helping me with that dream and I'm thrilled about that too.
Even though, with life's big changes it continues to be side tracked, derailed and buried in brain fry.

I have two new hobbies in my life. First, I'm a reviewer, which for those who've read my blog, know all too well. I can now claim to be a site owner. I've started a sister site that reviews romance with erotica elements. I enjoy that genre and felt strongly that there should be a home for those as well. They challenged me to take on the tast.
Oh yes, it's a major challenge but I've found some wonderful reviewers from here and on another romance board I frequent.
I even got to pick the name: Whipped Cream. Cute, even if I do say som myself. *grin*

The second thing I'm excited about it that I can finally join the throngs of TV people out there that follow a show with avid zeal. I speak of Moonlight! This is the first show in years that has grabbed me and held on tight.
I can only hope it doesn't eventually careen down the slippery slope of stereotypical plots. So far, I'm quite impressed. Cheers for Moonlight!

For other interests, I enjoy reading, (like THAT's a surprise? ) mostly the romance genre and all its subgenres. There seem to be quite a lot out there. I also like to cook, eat, garden, listen to music, take lots of pictures to use as wallpaper on my computer, and learn new things - like how to co-exist with the resurgance of the Black Bear near human habitations.(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Oh, and although I try NOT to to be a sycophant, I adore blogging with my favorite authors.

They get the most respect from me because although they share their stories with us when they publish their books ... when they respond to comments, emails and blog posts, they give of their time ... a precious commodity in any author's life.
