About Me

What would you like to know? I am originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. There is too much snow up there for any sane person to tolerate.When I moved to Indiana my only purpose was to finish my degree. I graduated in 2003 with a degree in management information systems. Although I still love to tinker with computer hardware and software, I am no longer in that field. You can ask me why if you want to ...:)The most valuable thing I learned in college in that it is never too late to improve yourself. Don't sit around and make excuses for why your life sucks. Get off your butt and get your degree. If you want it bad enough it will happen...:)In the fall of 2006 I am going back to school to get a masters degree. I just can't seem to get enough of school. Maybe by setting a positive example, others will pursue their education. I hope...:)I will write more later when the mood strikes... ..

My Interests

adopt your own virtual pet!I watch alot of television...maybe too much...:). My current favorites are Lost, Desperate Housewives, and Law and Order SVU.Lately I have been reading alot. Its probably because when I start back to school in the fall I won't have time to read for pleasure.The books I read are generally either humor based or murder mystery. Would'nt it be great if someone combined both? For humor, I would recommend David Sedaris. For murder mystery, I would go with Jeffery Deaver.Feel free to recommend other authors. I am open to suggestions.I am not really sure if this counts as an interest but I have been working out for the last year. I am sixty pounds lighter this year. Only 15 more pounds to go...:)

Music:

This is why I got started on MySpace in the first place (look ma I am a poet...NOT!) If you like electronic/club music I would recommend Gioia (currently touring with Expose..). I discovered MySpace through Gioia. Check her out...:)My taste in music goes all the way back to the sixties. I love the oldies. The last concert I saw was Madonna in Chicago during the Reinvention tour.I am open to suggestion if anyone wants to share their music tastes with me.
