Deeroy

Deeroy was born in Forest Gate but spend most of his younger years growing up in Stratford home to Telepathy and CentreforceFM a few floors above his house this is where Deeroy discovered house music. Listening to the likes of Randall and Hermit n Bags (Andy Swallow)SunriseFM and ChilinFM were also other stations that Deeroy took an musical intrest in(Helium,Anton in the hse,Warlock,Colin Dale. It was only when Deeroy started Secondary school that he got into the Djing when meeting Swift n Zinc and Mc Rage.Going back to his home town of Forest Gate he was heavly drawn to this new movement that was taking place(Underground recs crew Mikey,Randall,Cool Hand Flex,fats Marly Marl) and soon took to the stage on Format FM (DJ Nautralist) which soon after changed to Impact FM. After a few years of raving and Djing Deeroy took time out to pursue a career in Modelling and Fashion. Didn't take long before Deeroy was back on it back in his hometown Djing at sqwat parties down Carpenters rd, building a local rep. Other venues included Dog n Star, Agrenaline Village, Exodus Festival Luton, Liquid Bar Ilford, Now club Rouge Sharfsbury av and just recently Breakin Sciene last DnB event at Camden Palace. This is where he was offered a show on Rude Awakening 104.3(Dj Chilum n Zirus) By this time Deeroy's Djing had taken him to new directions and tried his hand at the production side of music. Many of the people he knew were already producing using hardware equipment and with the easy access to programs and plugings Deeroy began building beats.
