Goddess Freak Ensemble

♥The Goddess Freak Ensemble was started originally in 2002 by Krysta Carson and Cynthia Holloway, who are lifetime best friends that have been performing together since childhood. They recruited other musically inclined girlfriends to team up with them, recorded a single and played venues all over town, scoring a killer review and making the Hot 100 in Music Connection magazine by 2004. The GFE also featured other female solo artists to play guitar with the goddesses as their freaky alter-egos for a year at a time, including Mary Arden Collins and Ainjel Emme (known by us as Mari Sunshine and Jeli). While the goddesses have all moved on to other heavenly projects and are not playing as a full-time full band anymore, they all remain close friends, see each other often and support each other's music or other careers. Two or three of the girls at a time still play together on occasion in different combinations (such as the GFE acoustic trio), and rumor has it that the girls have every intention of getting ALL the goddesses together for reunion shows and tours in the future. Apparently, they have too much fun together not to.
