Cowboy Elvis

Cowboy Elvis - The only real one in the world!

About Me

Cowboy Elvis - grew up in the midwest and started playing music at an early age, with a self taught style on the guitar. He has been an entertainer ever since, entertaining small groups to huge audiances. Then as the saying goes, "your fortune lies out west, go west young man!" so he headed for Montana. Settling in Bozeman, he writes, plays, and produces music in the Rocky Mountains. ************************************************************ *** In 2005, Cowboy Elvis came alive with his premire album"Alive and well in Montana" featuring songs " Your one & only", "Company" and "Gunfigthter". Although being in Montana, his music has reached as far as Europe, China, Russia, and even Australia! Fans have enjoyed the unique style and flowing sounds of both, country, and rock & roll, from his songwriting. ************************************************************ **** Although he does play smaller venues, his style of performance appeals to a larger stage, and delights crowds, playing large events and festivals. He has somewhat the look of Elvis, and sometimes has the sound, but is not an Elvis impersontator. He always says" there are enough Elvis impersonators out there, the world does not need another one". So he says he is just Cowboy Elvis. Alone or with his band, "The Moonlight Riders", a little glam, a little style, and showmanship all contribute to making his show something to see. ************************************************************ *** In 2007, he released his 2nd album, "Only the lonely...", with new 60's - 70's style country western / rock songs such as, "Singin Cowboy", "Eye's don't lie", and "The Bartender's song". He continues to write music that has a different genre, yet enjoys playing the old style country western the best. ************************************************************ *** He currently is working on the next CD, and is planning a music video in the near future, so watch for it! With all that said, enjoy the music on this page and if you want to hear more, please feel free to order more music from "Only the lonely..." CD below. Thank you very much! ************************************************************ ** "A man will live & die, but the music is forever!" ************************************************************ * *If you work for a living, why do you kill yourself working?" ************************************************************ *** ************************************************************ *** Cowboy Elvis, Cowboy Elvis
