About Me

found this tennaya layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com / MyHotComments
I have been writing songs since I was 14 years old! By the time I was 17 years old, I had my first song on an American Label Hollywood records in 1989. I like all style of music, but hey do love my RnB/Hip Hop! Have been a hair & Makeup Artist for over 17 years, studying acting for 4 years! Diploma in Film & TV production and presently working on a screenplay in Pre Production. It will be the first aussie Hip Hop drama film to be made in Australia!
FILM: SHOW ME THE WAY TYPE:Indepedent Film STATUS: Pre ProductionIn short, this film is about the story of a young woman coming to terms with her abusive past. She desperately wants to be accepted and loved by those close to her and ends up having to run away with her little brother to find it (Love). The film also reflects on the youth of today, gangs, drugs, and suicide. It is also about what can happen if teenagers take the wrong path and where it can lead them. With no directions or proper role models lives can take completely different courses.
5FITH COAST RECORDS/ROCA DOLLA: Will be doing the Soundtrack for 7 STARS PRODUCTION Feature Film "SHOW ME THE WAY"
Over the years we’ve seen many artists pass through Phoenix’s hip hop desert. Some have left memorable imprints in the sand, while others faded into the sun. However, Roca Dolla a.k.a Mr. Iroc Loc has managed to continue his success since 1990, striving for the ultimate goal of longevity in the entertainment industry.Roca Dolla doesn’t leave his accomplishments at just rapping; he is also a well known producer (Mr. Iroc Beats) of music. Roca Dolla enjoys giving to his community in anyway that he can. Whether it’s thru his teachings or by the lyrics he spreads on his albums. He thrives to put Arizona on the map and will not stop until that happens.Roca Dolla’s influences range from Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Prince and Michael Jackson. Also, ‘70s R&B to ‘80s gangsta rap. Roca Dolla has worked with several well known artists such as, Kam, “Big Mike” from the Ghetto Boys, Kool G. Rap, C Bo, MC Eiht, DJ Quick, El Debarge, AMG, Too Short, Gorilla Black, Sta Quo, and Daz Dillenger, just to name a few. His studio and record label, 5Fith Coast Records, has produced tracks for some of Phoenix’s hottest hip-hop talentRoca Dolla recently released his long awaited double CD “Roca Is a Classic” with over 40 tracks, which reminds the world of why they desire Hip Hop music so passionately from the streets to the suites. Roca Dolla is currently promoting his album throughout the valley and the entire West Coast. To check for scheduled shows and autograph events go to www.rocadolla.com . Roca Dolla has the ability to think outside the box, he generates a sound that is his and his alone.
CHE VICIOUS/PRODUCER & ARRANGER: For 7 STARS PRODUCTION Soundtrack feature film "SHOW ME THE WAY"
Che Vicious aka the producer formerly known, as Che Guevara. Grew up in Boston, went to school in Virginia. Got on wit Teddy Riley (around the same time, as the Neptunes and Rodney Jerkins). Then he moved to NYC in 1996. Che Vicious influences: Curtis Mayfield, Quincy Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Dr. Dre, Dj Premier,Rick Rubin, Jack White, Omar Rodriguez (from Marz Volta)Che Vicious took a little piano and drums, as a kid! But the only thing he really remembered from those lessons is how to read music. Now he tries to play everything piano, bass, guitar, drums, he now has a sitar and vioin, as well and all types of percussion stuff. Early on he met Lord Finesse and Showbiz and Buckwild and Bob Gibson (record collector from Boston) and they introduced him to digging and sampling. Che Vicious is an amazing producer and working with Dre first hand for the last 3-4 years he feel's like a martial Artist who climbed to the top of the mountain to train with the master sensei and now he feel's like an assassin.First time Che Vicious met Dre was a social christmas kind of kick it thing very casual just listening to music at the studio and hanging out a little. Aftermath is the big leagues if you ain't strong minded and talented and creative don't bother cuz Dre is the real deal, no smoking mirrors and lip synchers over here.Che Vicious has learned a lot not only music, but about life from Dre from the industry his been in it since he was 23 and now his 37 and Its always changing, so you have to keep evolving with it or become obsolete. Che Vicious also wrote/produce Lauren Hill's song "Zion" she won album of the year(which Che Vicious got a grammy for).He did Ghetto Superstar(Pras, Mya & ODB), No,No,No (Remix) Destiny Child, Gone till November (Remix) Wyclef & R. Kelly, A rose is a still rose (Aretha Franklin), most of Lauryn Hillls "Mis Education" Album, Joint on Whitney Houston and Santana, Joints on 50 Cent, Eminem, Young Buck, The Game, Jay-Z, Nas, Mos Def, Busta Rhymes, Stat Quo and a bunch of others ****. Aftermath's Dr Dre,Eve,Eminem,Stat,Bishop,Joell are all coming out soon with Hot! Hot! Hot! Albums..........
PATCH: FILM PRODUCER
I have been working for 7 Stars Production for a few years now! From promoting events/film producing etc..... And proud to be part of the first aussie Hip Hop feature film "SHOW ME THE WAY"! In short to sum up who I am! Care free kind of guy/hard worker/don't take no shit from anyone! Jack of all trades.......
POPS: SONG WRITER/PRODUCER
AKa POPS (Raffi Tomassian) Music to me is an expression of a thought, belief, feeling or an opinion, music is life. I’m AKA POPS, the man with many influences. They say your biggest influence on your life is your family mine ain't no different. My father used to sing for the priest in Beirut Lebanon in the 1940’s at the age of 12. I believe that is where I get my deep sounding vocals.I grew up listening to heavy metal, RnB, old school hip-hop and so now I compose music that expresses all those influences. As far as writing goes, I place my most inner thoughts into words and then onto paper. For me I believe music must be real for all to feel.
MARC PERNELL: MUSIC PRODUCER/COMPOSER
Being African-American, I was exposed to music at a young age through church and school. At age 10, I began playing drums in my brother's band, Uptown Syndicate - a funk/R&B/soul band and at my church. Growing up, I began to take songwriting and music production seriously, drawing on my influences in Urban Contemporary Gospel, R&B, soul, funk and Top 40 (pop). After being injured in the line of duty, I retired from the Oklahoma City Fire Department to teach at the University level while pursuing a career in the music industry. My skills were discovered by major and independent labels in the US and I began working in A&R (Artist and Repertoire) for several labels, working closely with the artists and bands in songwriting and music production. I've had the chance to work with artists I've idolized all my life.Since moving to Australia, I have continued to work closely with new and established artists, passing on the benefit of my knowledge to give them some of the tools they need to make an impact in the music industry.

Appearances on DJ Green Lantern's official Shady Records Invasion mixtape series, allowed him to further his public recognition.

Bishop Lamont has been hard at work lately. He's been in the studio night and day recording music in preparation for an explosive 2007-2008 for Aftermath Records. In the meantime, fans have been hearing DJ SKEE Presents Bishop Lamont's "NIGGER NOIZE" which hit the streets hard in March 2007. In addition to a mix-tape called "CALTROiT" with partner in crime Black Milk and the mixtape king DJ WARRIOR at the helm "CALTROiT" release has been criticly acclaimed! Now with the most recent release of "POPE MOBILE" mixed by DJ RAPHIKI, Bishop has out done himself once again, with early reviews coming in fans have called it nothing short of "facinating"& with Producers like Teddy Riley, Danja Hands, Scott Storch and 9th Wonder at the helm of "Pope Mobile" Bishop is changing the game rapidly. Bishop is one of the only artist to drop 3 "Classic" street albums in the same year, he is definalty raising the bar for MC's and hip hop. With some changes coming up for The Math as well as the recent signing of Tiffany Villareal, Dr. Dre and Bishop Lamont will have their hands full preparing for a new era of Aftermath and counting down to Bishop and Dre's respective 2008 releases!
