3RDegree began his career as a recording artist at the young age of nine years old, growing up with influences like N.W.A, Tupac, Public Enemy, Snoop Dogg, & LL Cool J. Within his music he talks about the coming up of a young black man to all out having a good time, while encouraging a sense of black pride.
3RD Also hustles in everything he does. He received a scholarship in Drama to go to college. He is Vice president of the Black Student Union and has put together a foundation called the S.B Squad (Strong Blacks Staying Qualified Under Any Decision). Also he has a rap group coming up under him by the name of Onsyte. Which consists of a female rapper from Oakland named Keyante (who is featured on the song Not The One), plus a few other rappers and singers from San Bernardino and San Diego.
Like Aftermath's most anticipated artist 2 date "The Game" the legacy continues to live on through 3RD also. 3RDegreecomes from the NWA FAMILY TREE DUE 2 BEING RELATED 2 JJ FAD MEMEMBER BABY D, WHO IS HIS COUSIN AND MC JB, WHO IS A CLOSE FAMILY FRIEND. the group was signed under Ruthless records and produced by DR. DRE,EAZY-E, AND THE REST OF NWA. THEIR BIGGEST HIT WAS THE SONG SUPERSONIC.
Aside from the other artist(Game & Lil Eazy), 3RD is well rounded in all aspects in music. he's a RAPPER/SINGER/SONGWRITER/ACTOR. AS YOU CAN SEE HE HUSTLES IN EVERYTHING HE DOES!.
