Books:

I don't read as much as like to, partially because I don't have the time, but mainly because I am a painfully sloooow reader! Most of what I read now is non-fiction...
Right now I'm busy with text books... although I recently finished "The Journey of Man: A Genetic Odyssey" by Spencer Wells; and I'm currently reading "Guns, Germs, and Steel" by Jared Diamond!

ALL-TIME FAVORITE BOOKS:

"The Tao of Pooh" by Benjamin Hoff
"Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley
"Bridge to Terabithia" by Katherine Paterson
"Frankenstein" by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelly
"Longitude" by Dava Sobel
"Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck
"Call of the Wild" by Jack London
"To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee
"The Art of War" by Sun Tzu
and
"Noah's Flood" by William Ryan & Walter Pitman.
Whenever I get around to it, I intend on continuing...
"Bury Me Standing" by Isabel Fonseca
"The Silver Wolf" by Alice Borchardt
attempting to begin Andrew George's 1999 translation of "The Epic of Gilgamesh"
and I need to start reading anything by Philip K. Dick!

COMIC BOOKS

In a past life I was a comic book fiend. I read Marvel almost exclusively, though it's hard not to love Batman, my Uncle Jim made sure that I was well versed in the Superman universe, and I loved the Teen Titans. My Favorite Marvel books were...
Uncanny X-Men
New Mutants
Alpha Flight
Power Pack
G.I. Joe
and ANY Spider-Man title!
Regardless, my ALL-TIME FAVORITE COMIC BOOK... ELFQUEST!!! Your results:
You are Dark Phoenix Dark Phoenix 77% Venom 68% Dr. Doom 67% Mr. Freeze 67% Apocalypse 65% Poison Ivy 64% Magneto 58% Two-Face 54% Mystique 50% The Joker 46% Lex Luthor 44% Juggernaut 42% Green Goblin 42% Catwoman 36% Riddler 32% Kingpin 31% A prime example of emotional extremes: Passion and fury incarnate.
