About Me

Objective:
To perform, record and travel with the most creative and worldly musicians as well as to continue to express myself in an unlimited originally creative fun style...and to keep in my "World of Drums"!!!
Bio:
Born June 25 in Boston, the most happening town in America in the 60's, where bands like Aerosmith, J Geils, Boston, The Cars, The Stompers, Blind Lemon Pledge, James Montgomery, New Man, Rick Berlin, Jon Butcher Axis and the original local bands were kicking out the jams every night!
At the early age of 17 Paul opened for the "Extreme" at Bostons "Jumbos" and continued playing in local bands while being influenced by every style of music and drummers such as Mitch Mitchell, Terry Bozzio, Joe Krammer, Tom Majors, Glen Moran. Making a decision to become a professional drummer, Paul moved to Hollywood, California where he attended the Musicians Institute
With the goal to be exposed to more of a variety from jazz to rock, in 1989 he moved to New York City, He instantly began playing with Rhythm and Blues bands. For the next 5 years, he played with Joy Ryder, Joe Taino, David Santos, Lorraine Laracco and the world famous Sticky Fingers Band
Relocating to Hollywood and San Francisco, he began playing with "Duck Duck Goose"(former members of "XXX" recording artists "Celebrity Skin") which was recorded at A & M Records in Los Angelas. He went on to play with "XXX recording artists "Motorcycle Boy"
Following his ambition to learn more about Jazz, the next move was to the root of Jazz itself: New Orleans.
