joylow was formed in 2004 by dj ATAXIA . this is a side project for the dj/producer, to create strange dark electronic sounds when not playing records or doing much of anything else. currently joylow is recording and finalizing their second internet release, which will be released here with free downloads in high quality mp3 format 12.24.7
