MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC. Art-I love pencils, charcoal, pastels, conte and Trias (I also love starting pieces and never finishing them...) Pirates. Dinosaurs. Dumb jokes. History. Biology. Astrology and astronomy. Central/South America (namely Chile, Guatamala, Argentina, Mexico). Comic books. Video games. Ponies (I won't give up the dream). Pro wrestling. Jumping around. My boys (Zack, Race, Shea, Dario, Franky). People with mustaches.
I love to have fun and keep moving!
Incisivosaurus Gauthieri!
I want to take him to the prom.
NOW I'M DONE WITCHOO
I'M DONE WITCHOO
The kind that makes you want to jump and yell and clap and snap and stomp and sing and smile and laugh and cry and shake, shake, shake and then get up and change the world.
I also greatly enjoy songs that include "whoa-ohs!"
The kind that make me think about them for a long time afterwards and the kind that make me feel like I could float. And the really quotable kind!
"Hey..it's dark!"
"Yeah...a little TOO dark."
"That was easy!"
"Yeah...a little TOO easy."
"Hey! It's Raph!"
"Yeah...a little TOO Raph!"
"MIIIKEEEYYY"
"It just feels so wierd."
"What, that Mr. Arrow's dead?"
"Yes, that, and my pants are filled with starfish."
"Big gulps, huh? .....Welp. See ya later."
"I don't know...and I DON'T CARE"
"We are men of action; lies to not become us."
"Traveling through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops, boy. Without precise calculations, we'd fly right through a star, or bounce too close to a supernova, and that would end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?"
"There's a time when a man needs to fight and a time when he needs to accept that his destiny's lost, the ship has sailed and that only a fool will continue. The truth is I've always been a fool."
BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER reruns. The Office is probably my favorite show right now. But cable is expensive and too many channels make you sit on your ass and stare at the boob tube all day, so I don't have it!
COMIC BOOKS (Ultimate Spidey, Sandman, Fables, anything Vertigo, even though I prefer Marvel-verse. And the old stuff--old school X-men and Spidey--the classic story arcs that made the series amazing!) and Peter Pan and Harry Potter and Discworld and Good Omens. Most everything Neil Gaiman's ever touched. Most importantly, the classics: Tennysson, R. L. Stevenson (read some of his poetry sometime, you'll like it, I promise!), Shakespeare, Frost, Donne, Silverstein (you'd better believe I put him in with the classics). The written works of Leonard Cohen (I'm including song lyrics, but not necessarily the songs. Read the poem, "One Night I Burned." No actually, just read the whole book--"Parasites of Heaven!"). Historical books, mostly about pirates, Central/South America or bad-ass ladies. Old fairy tales and fables. Mythology, too. Join me, come be a nerd with me, mwahaha.
Fictional villains. I could be SUCH a good henchgirl (with aspirations of taking over) if I was only given the chance!
And of course, my main man:
I know that's a lot of awesome all at once, but just sit down for a minute and you'll recover.
