About Me

STEVE REISCHLSongwriter/artist & producer recently transitioned from ten years touring to focus on writing and production work in his studio. In between tours over the past several years Steve has written and produced on a host of records. With musical tastes tilting towards contemporary rock and edgy pop, Steve lends a decade of road experience to the work that he now focuses on.Steve got an early start at the age of 18 as the lead singer for world-renowned _________Acappella and rounded out his time on the road as a front man and guitarist for _________Newsong. "Being with these groups really developed me as a producer as arrangements and parts were pivotal to my role with them. Similarly, my tenure on the road developed me further as a performer, writer, and taught me a great deal from the relational aspects of road life. While I definitely lean stylistically towards __rock and more aggressive pop, I feel better equipped to do what I do because of ample years on the road."Career highlights include garnering a ______Grammy Award nomination with group Newsong in 2003 for Newsongs Christmas album, enjoyed his first coveted ________Dove Award for his involvement with_____ Prayer of Jabez (2002 emi), a cameo in the 2002 Christmas Shoe's movie featuring Rob Lowe, and a _______*NUMBER 1* single on "Top 10 Billboard Charts" ________next to Faith Hill, B.B. Mack. But if that isn't impressive enough Steve Reischl as a musician & singer has shared the stage with the like of BeBe & Cece Winans, DC Talk, Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Gary Chapmen, Audio Adrenalin, Rebecca St. James, Mark Wills, Racheal Lampa, to name a few. Steve signed a deal with __EMI Christian Music Publishing as a staff writer/producer in 2003. Lyrically, Steve's writing focuses on social, spiritual and relational issues. Steve comments that, "I forever strive to relay my belief in God in a very relevant and real way; being a person that has been greatly blessed and equally challenged in life, my goal is for my music to appeal to an array of listeners that clamor for hope and honesty. "From Canada to Australia, from Russia to South America... Steve has proved to be the true international artist making his mark on the world.
