Mentoring.As President and primary representative for all current and soon to be models/talent featured within our company, I act as the M to their Bond. We exclusively focus on and seek not only beautiful & talented women that we believe possess the goods to make tsunami waves in this industry, but women whom have exhibited and shown additional talents that will allow them to excel in life even after the lights, camera, and action have diminished. We love driven & focused talent…those that are on a mission and willing to make sacrifices to explode out of the box and introduce innovations to the world. Also, with talent comes responsibility. Not only do we hold ourselves responsible for advancing the ambitions of our models/talent, we also hold our models/talent responsible for their own dreams and ambitions. HD, The Agency is not in the business of babysitting models/talent, we are in the business of developing 'partnerships' that will assist and act as an asset to each other in order to achieve the common goals of both agency and model/talent.As the reference above suggests, our ladies are the equivalent to the infamous Agent 007 as they approach their modeling endeavors as a mission with a sense of purpose while at the same time maintaining and exhibiting the professional approach and attitude it takes to succeed and be taken seriously as a professional model. We act as their "M" by seeking, researching, negotiating, and briefing our models/talent on all opportunities sent their way. We strictly believe that QUALITY is better than QUANTITY. This is the basic premise of success for most products in the world market place and also holds true when dealing with talent. The better 'quality' are models/talent are, the more lucrative and respected opportunities will come their way. There is simply too many quantity opportunities or what we like to call 'posers' being presented to models/talent today. Many of these opportunities will and have proven detrimental to future ambitions for aspiring models/talent. We weed out such opportunities for our talent. We'd rather seek and exhibit patience in booking QUALITY work for our models/talent than inundating them with opportunities which honestly will do nothing to benefit their ambitions as a model/talent.One question we're frequently asked is "what type of models/talent do we look for?" Well, since our inception in January 2003, the majority of our models/talent has been those fitting the mold of the current urban/celebrity model genre which has been booming since the arrival of the 21st century. We've been very successful within this genre as many of our models/talent have appeared in projects for some of today's top urban entertainment outlets. Over the last three years, our models/talent have proven, without a doubt, that they can succeed within this genre of modeling.Now, as we approach 2007, it's time to reach and expand our business outside of the box of urban/celebrity modeling as we will focus primarily on recruiting and developing talent that possess the versatility and savvy to excel within ALL genre's of modeling, be it urban/celebrity, high fashion, commercial, spokes modeling, etc. HD, The Agency will be dedicated to the TTP's (The Total Packages)…models/talents that are not only drop dead gorgeous, but also possess that 'X' factor that makes them a viable talent to ALL potential clientele. Yes, we still possess an affinity toward the world of urban/celebrity modeling, but truthfully, this is not the genre of modeling that will be taken seriously within the realms of entertainment where the true stardom and lucrative paychecks lie. Our mission is simple…diminish the shortcomings of urban/celebrity modeling and introduce the new approach of urban/professional modeling.So, to answer the question above regarding the type of talent we seek to work with …the answer is simple…TTP, urban/professional models/talent. If you're entering this game as a model/talent because you possess a desire to show off your 'ass'ets, you need not apply. If you're entering this game to rub noses with celebrities, you need not apply. If you're seeking an agency that will do everything for you while you sit around twiddling your thumbs, you need not apply. And, if you're entering this game with no sense or essential understanding as to how professional models/talent should present themselves, you need not apply.
