About Me

"The high level of musicianship matched with unique, passionate song-writing makes this band a great contender for good things to come..."
- Jezz Haigh, ACA Management/Release Records

Adhara are a five piece R n B/Rock/Pop act from Bath, Somerset. They emit a sound that has been described as 'Jamiroquai and The Police's bastard son', with other influences including Stevie Wonder, Maroon 5 and The Black Eyed Peas.

The soulful voice of lead singer Ben Wheatley, combined with the inventive rhythm section, luscious vocal harmonies and unforgettable guitar hooks will leave you completely seduced. Adhara always promise to deliver an exciting, energy-fuelled emotional journey to dance and sing along to.

Adhara have had the pleasure of playing some of the finest venues the U.K has to offer. This includes high profile gigs in London's Leicester Square to the Bath Spa Summer Ball in front of 1,000 people.

The band are fast becoming famous for their 'Video Podcast' series, which launched in March as a free iTunes audio download. Since then, the episodes have been downloaded and viewed more than 4,000 times, with the numbers sure to rise before the end of the band's UK National Summer Tour.
