"Hung is deeply compelling, disturbing, complex...I don't know what provokes more fear and awe- vaginas or black penises. I know that when we tell our story, myths are shattered and our messy tender humanity is restored. Brave Scott Poulson-Bryant, for putting his size on the line and truly measuring up." -Eve Ensler, author of THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES
"Like a new lover, Hung is seductive, startling, smart and seditious. It's a beautifully written meditation on the black penis in all its cultural ramifications and incarnations." -Jill Nelson, author of SEXUAL HEALING and FINDING MARTHA'S VINEYARD: AFRICAN AMERICANS AT HOME ON AN ISLAND
"Scott is a writer who's always been willing to go there, but in Hung he really goes there, talking honestly and telling secrets about the black phallus and its, uh, massive impact on America." -Touré, CNN commentator and author of SOUL CITY
