'PESKY MEDDLING GIRLS' (1991-2000) was an underground fanzine created by Jennifur Brandt, with musings about cinema, art, fashion, music, and vintage style. 'PESKY' and 'MEDDLING' are each defined as 'nosy' and 'curious,' henceforth the name of this pop-culture movement that will live on forever in the heart of all its subscribers. In 2001, the original issues of 'Pesky' were published as an anthology in Brandt's best-selling self-help book, "LIFE IS A MOVIE STARRING YOU: THE PESKY MEDDLING GIRLS GUIDE TO LIVING YOUR DREAMS" (Warner Books). In this book, Jennifur states that "if life is a movie, then you have the power to give each and every day a happy ending." Thus, our mantra was born!
