About Me


Rob has had a great 2007 so far with the Fantazia/Ministry of Sound album he mixed and help compile, selling around 40,000 copies and reaching No.6 of the album charts.
Rob has also been DJing at numerous private parties where he has performed along side Jamiroquai and 50 Cent in Jamaica as well as to a host of A list names in London and Ibiza at his residencies @ Boujis and Amika. Rob has spent this summer in Ibiza flying back to the UK most weekends to keep his UK residencies @The Egg, The Zap, The Hat Club, Pacha, Azuli & Togetherness @The Cross, as well as Djing at launch parties for the fashion world including labels such as 'Mango', 'George', 'Julia Clancey' and 'My Mother is Japanese'.
Besides his club sets, he is a firm private villa party choice where he played alongside Eric Morillo, Sven Vath, Behrouz, Groove Armada, Bushwacka and has also catered for the son of The Prince of Monaco amongst others.

Rob has been busy in the studio and is part of a group in ibiza called 'Ibitronic', working in Ibiza throughout this winter. In the UK Rob has collaborated with Jason Herd, Hoxton Whores and is soon too be teaming up with Tim Sheridan and Mutiny. His last 2 productions have been signed to Tim Sheridan's “Very Very Wrong Indeed” record label and will be released over the coming months.
Rob is in the studio most days and has 4 more finished tracks on the way and more in the making so watch out for Rob's productions in 2008 !!

Rob Marmot has been growing from strength to strength over the past years. Already a formidable force on the UK club scene, Rob continues to tear his dance floors apart with his own mix and blend of house music, not just focusing on one style but integrating the genres of house, supplying a blend for all.
Rob can currently be found in all major stores featured on the 'Fantazia Club Classics' album which is covers 17 years of Dance music. He was chosen to mix CD 3 which covers music from 2001 to present day. This was released on October 9th 2006 and also included a national television ad campaign.

2006 was a fantastic year for Rob. With the Fantazia album underway, Rob was DJing around the globe with gigs in Singapore, Thailand, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Ibiza and the UK. He spent most of the Summer in Ibiza DJing most nights and days @ Manumission in the main room, Space on Tuesdays for Day Off, Miss Moneypennys @ El Divino, Kiss Da Funk @ Kanya, Housonic @ Kanya on Monday days, Togetherness @ Es Vive Hotel every Sunday, with weekly gigs at Le Maison De L’Elephant, Base Bar and Bora Bora as well as exclusive Villa parties where Rob performed along side Pete Tong and Eric Morillo as well as the legendary Bouji party where Rob was headlining and the amazing X Box Party. All this plus guest spots for Manumission @ Privelege and Dusted @ Eden, along with his usual UK guest spots and residencies @ Pacha, The Cross, The Egg, Boujis, and Fantazia.
Rob was also in the studio producing his track “Welcome” which reached no.4 in the buzz chart has been signed and was released in the summer of 2007.
Rob has played in many countries across the globe including Vancouver, Copengahen, Thailand, Singapore, Spain, Sicily, Austria, Switzerland, Lithuania, Ireland, Scotland and Jamaica
