I have a beautiful but "loves to drive me crazy" 15 year old daughter. I am a certified Nutrition & Wellness Specialist. I am partner with 3 men, 2 bodybuilders and a very cool 54 year old C.A who can keep up with the best of us!! We own a health club/gym that boasts one of the largest floors in Cambridge, Ontario with 17 000 sq feet of space to get fit! We offer free monthly training and nutrition seminars which yours truly conducts for the nutrition part!! Website for our gym is www.ultimatefitnessclub.ca, just working on the full details now! I compete in Figure competitions placing 2nd for my very first show!! This year I plan to try my hand at FAME. Wish me luck! I have 2 dogs...Dakota and Scooter. Dakota is my baby girl and she sleeps with me with every night..o and she snores...ya I know...lol. Scooter sleeps with my daughter. Ummm...well thats about it for this "about me" section.
