About Me

well.. although there isn't a guard at the gate, you should know that i have met (or at least been in the same room) with every one on my friends list.

so if you decide you want to be a friend on here, you'll have to find me in "meatspace", which, fortunately, actually isn't that hard.

basically, if you want to stalk me, you'll have to pay for the privilege by coming to the Empty Stage Comedy Theatre and paying $15. But when will I be there? I'm very cagey about that.

For $12, you might also find me at the Acme Comedy Theatre , Friday nights at 9 in the Yankee Company show. Which one? Ha! If you can't figure that out, then turn in your stalker's license! Hmmph!

there's also my band, we played a gig a little while ago (my background's our newest logo, check it!) and we're working on new songs, but seriously, it's just for fun.

i am interested in finding out why so many people in the world suck, and why it's a constant struggle not to suck.

thomas friedman; paul williams (check!); sade; guy ritchie; people who want to accomplish something with part of their time, and sit around on their ass the rest of the time; spain. i hear they nap there (seen it. they lie).

From my TiVo: Good Eats, West Wing, South Park, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Daily Show, Colbert Report, Smallville, My Name is Earl. the Simpsons, Robot Chicken, Harvey Birdman and ATHF (ASSEMBLE!). Family Guy. Bunch of History Channel stuff, like Wild West Tech and Mailcall. Mythbusters.

Books:

Just read Da Vinci Codes, Plan of Attack. Add in Quicksilver (neal stephenson) Longitudes and Attitudes (Thomas Friedman) and From Beirut to Jerusalem (same), the world is flat (same). and okay (yes, it was good shelley) conversations with god. but 11:11 was ass. total ass!

Heroes:

my goal is to tell you everything about me right here, so that you will never want to speak to me...

okay, are they gone? good. my heroes are people who take the journey, and aren't so much interested in the destination. because i'm a destination kind of guy, and dammit, whenever i get there, no-ones there yet!
