I love to work out, I work out 4-5 x's a weeek up to 2 hrs, it helps me get through my day.

God is so good! I've been really busy, I'll be back in a few days. I'm working on making my way to the top, and those who don't know me yet or haven't seen me yet, keep watching and you will. Just to let you know it's not me, but I have to give all to God, for giving me the power to get up and do this thing every day. Started Getting the experience I need to move to the next level professional. It’s not me it’s all him, because it could have been someone else. He has been setting the stage for what is to come all this time and it has just donned on me. All I want to say is Thank You, not to my agents, or their clients, but to Him for giving me this ability, and opportunity. He is still working on me, stretching me, and molding me, be patience with me He’s not done yet!

I love gospel, Yolanda Adams, Smokie Norful, Martha Munizzi, etc. But I also like modern rock. I don't know the names of a lot of groups but the ones I remember are A. Levin , Bowling for Soup, Five for Fighting, Linkin Park,etc. I don't like rap, not unless you are talking about the 80's, and I listen to some country.

Girl Friends (because there are not many African American shows on TV I try to support as many as I can, and I really like this one), Golden Girls, The Parkers, 20/20 (does this still come on?), Monk. I’m not a big TV person but when I do watch I have my favorites.

Heroes:
The people who have lost love ones due to the War and Katrina. We have had to see them go through a lot and than be strong, I take my hat (if I wore hats) off to all of them. I can't say that I know what they are going through because I don't but I do know, when I heard them on the radio or watched them on TV I was just saying to myself with tears running down MY face "I don't know if I could sit there with out crying"..
