My Interests

Cars, cooking, photography(I prefer traditional for the overall quality), painting, home repairs, car repairs (Im repairing my car a lot... when I own one!), music, drums, writing (poetry/creative writing... i WILL be published someday), anyways... i got a lot of interests, what can i say, i'm interesting, and it interests me that i'm interesting... so i guess i'm interested in me... since i have no idea what else i need to be interested in.

I'd like to meet:

People, people who know what it means to really enjoy life and who know what it means to really just enjoy the simple things in life.I enjoy meeting all kinds of people who will teach me something too... but, in general... I like people who are genuine, in touch with themselves, and just are appreciative of people for who they are inside.if that's you, lets meet laugh and learn!

Music:

Progressive Rock, metal, jazz, latin jazz, techno/trance, anything percussive, and whatever i hear in my head that i'm too afraid to sing while sitting on the train... (only cuz i suck at whistling)

Movies:

I like comedies, romantic crap, musical movies, some historical/biographical stuff, cartoons, foreign flicks too...

Books:

I like poetry (AA Milne, EE Cummings, Pablo Neruda, for a few examples), like automotive books, humor/essayists (James Thurber), and sometimes... stuff with pictures is easy on the brain.

Heroes:

When I was 10, it was Lee Iacocca... but I've learned to stop idolizing egos, and honoring real people... my parents are my heroes, and I can only hope that what i've learned from them, and been inspired to do and be because of them reflects on others around me, and eventually my own kids someday (or my brothers kids... hey, i can settle)
