My favourite band is R.E.M. but I mainly listen to M.E.T.A.L. e.g. KoRn, Static-X, Stemm, Soulfly, Sepultura, Dry Kill Logic, Anyone (to name just a few), but also Levellers, and folk music - Steeleye span, fairport convention etc. , Hungarian and Eastern European folk music/gypsy music, and also classical music - like Hungarian rhapsodies by Liszt and Slavonic Dances by Dvorak, and most E. European music.......................................................

......................................................I severely dislike the following: (without meaning to offend) ((and this list is not exhaustive))....................1) EMO..............................2) The Killer Chiefs (that is every band who sounds like the Killers, the Kaiser Chiefs, Hard Fi, Kasabian etc etc etc. They are all the same band. .................................3) Any band whose name starts with 'The' and ends with 's'. That is The White Strokes, The Dove Vines, The Vine Stripes, The Datsuns, etc etc etc. And before you say it, it is NOT The Levellers, it is Levellers.............................4) Jarvis Cocker (and anyone who looks like him)....................................5) Most of the shit played in Jillys at about 12, ie. Down with the Shitness, when angels begin to top themselves, let the bodies go away, toxishitty, a certain shade of brown, etc etc etc. yes, i might be dancing to it, but that's because i am either pissed, can't be arsed to move away or am actually enjoying myself......................................................
