..: MORE ABOUT ME :..
Jahdi hails from the County of Kings, Brooklyn, New York, where she began her artistic career in the late 1990's. Her experience as a singer ranges from singing hooks for a local hip-hop group, theDisciples, singing lead and back-up for a Salsa band, local to the Tri-State Area, to recording as a solo artist. Jahdi has performed in venues within the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, and was featured in Danny Hochs independent film, Jails, Hospitals & Hip-Hop. After a brief lay-off from her artistic career, while pursuing a college education and reinforcing her artistic ability through professional training, Jahdi is back in the studio developing a promotional package. Jahdi has been classically trained as a vocalist and has had professional training in various forms of dance.
Jahdi's latest venture has led her to runway modeling for some of the Tri-State area's greatest up-and-coming clothing designers and stylists as well as being featured in local magazines and online advertising campaigns. Her sultry look is explosive on the runway and her charm makes her inviting and wonderful to work with. Jahdi's commitment to her career and to others around her makes her the icon she was born to become.
